What is your shipping policy?To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. Shipping fees are non-refundable. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order. Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. Standard shipping: $9.95 (2-3 business days) Heavy Goods Shipping: $13.95 (2-3 business days)

What is your returns/exchanges policy?No Refunds or Exchanges All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our store, our company will not send any damaged items. Please note that any sale or discounted items are final sale! Exchanges are only accepted in store if wrong sizing within 24 hours after purchase. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Is local pickup available?Yes, local pickup is available Tuesday-Thursday between 10am-2pm.
